Little Fingerpainter
In 2018, Melika Davies and street artist 23rd Key offered Robyn her first wall. The laneway behind their gallery, The Stockroom, was a haven for street artists that changed the landscape of the eastern suburb around the Eastland Shopping Centre in RIngwood.
“The Little Fingerpainter” was a colourful addition to the wall, amongst murals by some of the greats of the Australian street art scene. Using sample pots and mistint paints Robyn had her first go at painting at scale. Unlike most street artists, she painted with brushes, and maintained her contemporary realism style which worked well for the tight laneway viewing distance. It was like fine art on the street.
